The hotel had some issues with previous mold, and the rooms were okay but looked like there were renovations in progress. The laminated floors felt dusty, and there was a noticeable mold smell. On the positive side, the service was extremely nice and resourceful.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The staff was very polite and caring, but the room definitely needed a makeover. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, but cleanliness fell short compared to other hotels. The dining options were okay but nothing special. Overall, it was an average hotel with room for improvement.

The room I stayed in was across from the office. Unfortunately, the utility room and the bathroom were clogged, leading to water lingering around for quite a while. It really could use a huge makeover before sending housekeeping there.

My stay at the Best Western was a mixed experience. The rooms weren't completely clean, although they were spacious. The cleaning service seemed rushed, as they forgot to empty the garbage and replace cups. On the bright side, the staff was very pleasant, efficient, and accommodating. The location was prime for a visit to Hampton University, being close to many shops and restaurants. However, the room cleanliness and rushed cleaning were noticeable downsides to an otherwise good stay.
